About us
Detailing & General Services was founded after a long career that involved a strong dedication to entrepreneurship. It all began in 1978 with Auto Accesorio Hipopótamo Racing Shop (Venezuela), a business devoted to car care.
In 2008, after working independently for many years and realizing I needed to provide my children with the best future possible, I immersed myself in my passion for beautifying cars.
Due to the socio-economic situation in my country, I decided to relocate my family. After traveling through various countries, we finally settled in the United States, as I had an interest in the language and in high-performance sports.
We currently reside in the U.S., forever grateful and much more stable. Thus, making the decision to continue working in the industry that I have always been passionate about – car care and detailing – with a vision of venturing into new areas such as boats, aircraft, offices, shops, etc.
Detailing & General Services, is the tool to achieve this by always “following the rules”, a phrase that I always keep in mind.
Our mission is to ensure your car looks its finest, down to the smallest detail. To accomplish that, we use state of the art technology and consistently strive to give you the best.
Our goal is to grow and take on new challenges which is achieved through our excellent results, while becoming the leader in car care and service in the region.
-
Offering quality results that keep our customers satisfied.
-
Our main goal is to preserve, care for, maintain, and beautify your valuables (cars).
Services
At Detailing & General Services, we strive to offer high-quality services, providing you with the best products and dedicated, experienced professionals who provide your car with the care and maintenance it deserves.
Our highly skilled staff will travel to your home or office. Our mobile service offers state of the art machinery and high-quality products. We also use our own supply of water and electrical equipment.
We see beyond what you can see and know exactly what your car needs.
DGS # 1 Plus
We do much more than wash your car. Whether it’s for a special occasion, or just to give your car that showroom clean look. Our car cleaning specialists will leave your car looking like new. Shiny and clean! At Detailing General Services, we have the latest technology to provide the best sanitation for your vehicle.
DGS # 2 Plus: DGS # 1 + CORRECTION
This service is for those of you who are meticulous about every detail of your vehicle. Continuous exposure to the sun, pollutants and the car washing process itself can damage vehicle paint over time and we usually don’t notice it until it is too late. To protect your car and combat deterioration, we at Detailing General Services offer a combined service that offers great advantages for your vehicle: DGS # 1 + Paint Correction washing and decontamination service.
DGS # 3 Plus: DGS # 2 + Ceramic Coating
This service is for the most demanding vehicle owner. It includes the two previous packages, plus a third phase in which we apply overall protection (Chemically Bonding Durable Protection) to the car, and a high-resistance ceramic coating (GTECHNIQ), providing maximum protection, both internal and external.
This service reduces surface tension, so the possibility of contamination by insects, dirt, graffiti paint and other contaminants is practically nil. We call this the self-cleaning effect.
Why Us?
Honesty is one of the core values that define us. Through it, we provide our customers with the best service possible by always offering high-quality results. We understand the importance that a car has to its owner, which is why we put our passion into the care, maintenance, and beautification of each vehicle.
We have well-trained professionals, work with the best products, adapt to your needs, and travel to wherever you are. We take care of your car as if it were ours because when it comes to your satisfaction, our excellent results speak for themselves.
